I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was good! All of the staff were fantastic friendly. The location was stunning, I reached the metro within 10 mins walk on foot.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were highly unprofessional.

Clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, clean room. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Quiet and exceptionally nice location convenient to get to-and-from the airport, quiet atmosphere. Based adjacent to Cairo and shopping centers. Great way to end our city trip.
Wi-Fi was bad.

The location of Beirut Hotel was absolutely beautiful. It provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff were well trained and the value for money was outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room service was prompt and efficient.
Although my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The lobby and rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, and some of the furniture and interior design could use some improvement.

The staff of this hotel were top-notch! They were very quick to help out with anything we needed during our stay. the breakfast spread was very impressive with a good variety of options and fresh ingredients. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. It was also easy to access transportation to other areas of the city.
Although the staff was amazing, the hotel could use some updates. The furniture and interior decor were outdated and could use a refresh.

If you want to keep within budget, this hotel is a great choice. The location is perfect, being very close to the airport and having a free shuttle service from/to it. it's close to restaurants and stores and even very close to the local shops. The rooms are small but cozy, everything is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is nice and the continental breakfast is enough to start your day. Although there is no coffee/tea in the room, the room service is prompt. The only drawback is that you might smell tobacco smoke from the neighboring room.
